Warranty & Returns
At fit-PC.com.au we do everything we can to ensure that you are happy with your purchase and that your chosen product/s reaches you in tip top condition. However if for some reason you are unhappy with your pruchase or heaven's forbid somethings goes wrong with it, we've outlined what you need to do.
Please check your order as soon as you have received your delivery and let us know as soon as possible (within 24 hours) if there is a problem with your order.
If your goods are faulty when delivered please contact as soon as possible advise us of the fault.
If items are missing from your order, and we forgot to send it, we will dispatch them as soon as possible, no additional handling or postage charges will apply.
If you have received the incorrect goods please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange for the correct item to be shipped and advise you how to return the incorrect item.
If you make a mistake when ordering and realise upon receipt that it's not what you wanted or you no longer need it items can be returned for a refund or credit however there is a 10% restocking fee of the value of the good to cover the administrative costs. Please chose carefully and don't hesitate to contact us if you need advice.
Everything we sell has a minimum 12 month back to base warranty, many of our items have a 5 year warranty and this will be clearly indicated on product page, upon your invoice and product.
Your warranty starts from date of invoice and covers hardware failure and includes the cost of parts and labour unless specifically indicated.
A back to base warranty means that you will need to cover the cost of returning the goods to us for any reasons.
The warranty does not cover damage or faults due to accident, abuse, incorrect use, unauthorised repairs, use with non-standard components or any other specific limitation that individual manufacturers may impose.
In order for us to issue a replacement or a refund you will need to return any incorrect or faulty items to us. Please don't return anything to us without first contacting us and obtaining a returns authorisation number.
We will often try to remotely resolve any fault before issuing a Returns Authorisation Number in order to diagnose the issue.
Please ensure that any data is backed up before returning any items to us as we cannot guarantee that your data will not be deleted during repair or if a replacement is issued your data maybe lost.
When you return items to us please ensure that they are packaged thoroughly and carefully to minimise the risk they are damaged in transit. If your item does arrive damaged we will not be able to refunded, replace or repair your items.
Upon receipt of your items we will do our best to resolve your issue quickly and send you a repaired or replacement unit at our discretion.
